Doctors' appraisal and revalidation feedback

MSF reporting since 2012

Doctor MSF 360 has provided support in collecting input and generating 360-degree multi-source feedback evaluations for more than 3600 medical professionals, which are used for performance assessment and revalidation. The standard practice is to use GMC colleague and patient surveys. On occasion, reports are compiled using questionnaires obtained from other sources, including the Royal College questionnaires, with proper authorization. The report criteria comply with and go beyond GMC regulations for appraisal and revalidation.

The majority of doctors gather 25 patient forms and 15 colleague forms. The required quantity is determined by your appraiser. Formerly, the GMC suggested that 15 colleague and 34 patient questionnaires were required to generate a report, but nowadays, very few doctors collect that many patient responses.

The GMC colleague and patient questionnaires are each printed on both sides of a single A4 sheet. They should take only a few minutes to finish.

This depends largely on how long it takes your colleagues to complete the survey and how often you can obtain feedback from patients. If you have already collected the data on GMC forms, the data entry and reporting process will take roughly two weeks; If your deadline is approaching quickly, the fast track service can deliver reports in days, often the next day.

Doctor MSF reports to you. You employ us, and we send the reports to you directly. The responses from colleagues and patients are also kept confidential and are frequently anonymous; individual responses are obscured in the report by aggregating all checkbox responses.

Doctor MSF 360 use the GMC questionnaires as standard. We have also generated reports using Royal Colleges questionnaires, third-party questionnaires, and questionnaires designed by doctors themselves. Wherever you may be in the process, Doctor MSF 360 can assist you.
